Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Dalton, MA is hiring caregivers to join our team as PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker. We offer flexible scheduling with 2–12 hour shifts, day and overnight options, and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualified new caregivers can earn $18–$20 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Join our team for meaningful client relationships and dedicated office support.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands When Needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
