Job summary

Concierge Care is expanding in the Palatka area and seeks Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs for PRN client assignments. This role offers flexibility with recurring hours as client needs increase.

Available shifts include weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and long or short appointments, with one-on-one client care and supportive scheduling. PRN positions with W-2 employment and direct deposit are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Social Security card.
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) showing no communicable diseases.
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
• Dementia training through Elder Affairs is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients in the Palatka area.
• Maintain flexible, PRN scheduling with weekday and weekend availability.
• Collaborate with scheduling team to ensure continuity of care.

Education

Who We're Looking For

Applicants must have either:

An active Florida CNA license

OR

A Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school

Working previously as an HHA does not qualify by itself. HHA applicants must have the required HHA certification.
