Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Seminole, FL seeks compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, and light housekeeping while following care plans and agency protocols.

Earn $17–$19 per hour based on skills and experience with Direct Deposit and comprehensive benefits, including paid on-site training and overtime/holiday pay. 24/7 management support and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.
