Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team and deliver in-home care with dignity and respect. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, and provide companionship while following care plans and keeping clients safe.

A valid HHA certification and CPR are required, with at least 1 year of caregiving experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.
• Recent TB Test Results.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompanying clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

What you’ll do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompanying clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications:
