Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Brick, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) with flexible schedules and a strong commitment to one-on-one in-home care.

Earn up to $18/hr plus the Caregiver Rewards Program; we also offer paid orientation, weekly pay, premium holiday pay, PTO and other benefits to support your growth and well-being.

Requirements include valid NJ CHHA license, willingness to work in Brick area, English or bilingual English preferred, and drivers are preferred.

• Must be willing to work in Brick and surrounding areas.
• English or bilingual English preferred; drivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming; provide medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence for diverse clients.

What You’ll Do

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
