Care Finders, Inc. is urgently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish to provide one-on-one care in Elizabeth or Union, NJ. The role offers flexible schedules, paid orientation, and weekly pay as part of our rewards program.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required.
• Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish; bilingual preferred.
• Must be willing to work in Elizabeth or Union, NJ.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life as a CHHA.
• Assist with daily activities: dressing, bathing, meals; assist with mobility.
• Provide direct client care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, reminders for medications.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
• Provide transportation, meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and shopping as needed.
• Support clients in completing activities of daily living.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhancing clients' well-being and quality of life as a CHHA.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Provide direct client care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
• Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
• Influence clients' quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
