Care Finders, Inc. is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to support clients in Morris County, NJ. Earn up to $18.50 per hour, with additional rewards through our caregiver rewards program, and enjoy weekly pay, flexible schedules, and paid orientation.

Join a team that values compassionate, one-on-one home care. You’ll work in Parsippany, Morristown, and surrounding towns, delivering reliable in-home support with safety, dignity, and respect for every client.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA license is required.
• Willing to work in Parsippany, Morristown and Morris County.
• Bilingual preferred; fluent English required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care such as dressing, bathing, toileting and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines; comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
