Job summary

Enva Recycling Scotland is seeking a Class 2 Skips Driver to join the Linwood depot on a permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm with potential overtime, you will operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes professionally and safely to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Hold full Class 2 driving licence.
• Hold valid DCPC.
• Hold valid Digital Tachograph.
• Display professional and organised approach.
• Handle good time management.
• Display initiative.
• Able to competently and safely operate assigned vehicles.
• Have a willingness to perform a wide range of duties, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards.
• Collect all waste from allocated customers.
• Comply with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations.
• Hold a duty of care to self & others.
• Ensure vehicle security including equipment & plant.
• Maintain of mandatory driver/vehicle records.
• Provide customers with the highest level of service.

Enva Recycling Scotland is hiring a Class 2 Skips Driver to join the Linwood depot in a permanent basis.

Monday - Friday, 6am to 4pm with eligibility for overtime

In this role, you will safely and competently operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional and customer focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
• Collect all waste from allocated customers
• Comply with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
• Hold a duty of care to self & others
