Job summary

Parker in Brookville, OH seeks a Safety Coordinator to lead the facility's Environmental, Health and Safety goals under the Plant Manager. You will partner with Division EHS and drive successful EHS program implementation at the site level.

Responsibilities include developing programs, coordinating training, and managing EPA/OSHA actions, audits, and reporting. A technical degree with OSHA certification and manufacturing experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field desired; OSHA 10/30 hour or safety certification preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
• Action oriented and ability to multi-task; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHS programs and goals at the site level.
• Develop and implement EHS programs and procedures to meet facility objectives.
• Coordinate EHS training and support corrective actions from audits.
• Manage EPA/OSHA actions under corporate direction; ensure timely EHS reporting.
