Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Physical Science, Chemical or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in environmental multimedia and regulatory compliance for terminals, pipelines, refineries.

Responsabilités

• Oversee spill response and Incident Commander structure; respond to emergencies and trainings.
• Manage emergency response, security, and operational plans for each terminal region.
• Ensure knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations (CWA, RCRA, TSCA, Federal Oil Pollution Act).
• Respond to emergency callouts and perform incident management duties.
• Assist field operations in inspections and internal audits.
• Coordinate and conduct HES training and implement the HES Management System.
