Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a luxury jewelry company to hire a Heritage Coordinator. The role centers on administrative operations for acquisitions of past creations, aiding intake and regularization of purchased pieces in collaboration with local and international Heritage teams.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hybrid NYC environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Gemology a plus.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Illustrator.
• Experience with SAP is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new vendors as needed
• Request lab certifications for all required stones and materials
• Manage invoicing and payment processing for department
• Photograph pieces as needed
• Schedule professional photoshoots as needed
• Assist in updating the Master Data file
• Update Leads on a regular basis
