Job summary

Heritage Auctions is seeking a Jewelry Consignment Coordinator in Beverly Hills to support the Jewelry department by handling intake and processing of consignments while delivering exceptional client service.

The role involves verifying items, preparing reports, and communicating with consignors in a fast-paced luxury environment. Requires customer service experience and proficiency with Word and Excel; compensation is $22 per hour.

• Experience in a customer service position or industry.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming consignments accurately and efficiently, including opening packages.
• Labeling and verifying the contents of packages.
• Creating an electronic report for the consignment.
• Communicate with clients in all aspects of the consignment.
• Research the status of consignments.
• Return client material.
• Perform department-wide inventories of consignment material.
• Assemble client information packets.
• Assist with the Consignment Directors' responsibilities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
