Exemplar Luxury Group in New York, NY is seeking a Jewelry Operations Associate to manage daily jewelry operations, from receiving and booking items to processing repairs and coordinating trunk shows.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, participate in vendor returns and transfers, and support the Selling Manager on floor activities. A 4-year retail or jewelry operations background is valued along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain case count system accuracy and inventory controls.
• Submit repair invoices with proper documentation to Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry.
• Enter merchandise into the case count system after receipt.
• Process returns to vendor or transfers with tracking numbers.
• Maintain a repair log and track repairs with vendors.
• Assist trunk shows setup and teardown.
