HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) in Beverly Hills, CA. You will guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process, provide education, coordinate with clinics, and collect blood specimens with venipuncture.

Join a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while supporting insurance verification and prior authorizations as needed.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide education on testing procedures and next steps.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of specimens.
• Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation and coordinate with teams.
