Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR strategy for the Heme Disease Area from development through lifecycle.
• Oversee HEOR studies, evidence generation plans, and budget impact models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Guide HEOR staff and ensure high-quality research and dissemination.
• Support integration of HEOR evidence in health technology appraisals and submissions.
