Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MD, PharmD, MS in Economics/Econometrics, or pharmacoepidemiology).
• Ten years of experience with a Master’s; seven years with PhD; professional health field training is a plus.
• Experience leading complex products and/or clinical development in pharma; industry experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in uncharted territory with few guidelines; adept at navigating complex rules.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional/global teams; ability to engage senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and execution of multiple HEOR programs for on-market and pipeline assets across geographies.
• Lead HEOR strategy with cross-functional brand teams and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate on global development strategy and portfolio planning with TA teams.
• Drive high-quality HEOR evidence generation that meets regulatory, scientific, and commercial needs.
• Develop and communicate strategic plans; align with product strategy and matrix groups.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of HEOR work and strengthen HEOR COE partnerships.
