Job summary

AbbVie seeks a senior HEOR leader to drive development and execution of projects across multiple assets and geographies. The role represents HEOR on cross-functional teams and leads strategic HEOR execution, aligning with product strategy and commercial aims.

This position partners with product teams to generate innovative ideas, manage end-to-end HEOR delivery, and engage senior leaders across functions. It may include supervising multiple direct reports and coordinating global programs.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a health field or related discipline.
Extensive experience leading HEOR programs and cross-functional teams.
Experience with global regulatory/HTA landscapes and drug development.

Responsibilities

Oversees the design and conduct of multiple programs and communicates findings to executive and external audiences.
HEOR strategy lead collaborating with cross-functional brand teams.
Determine global development strategy with cross-functional leaders and contribute to long-range planning.
Drive high-quality HEOR programs for pipeline and on-market products meeting regulatory and commercial requirements.
Develop and execute product life-cycle and labeling strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure end-to-end HEOR delivery from strategy to content pull-through.
Ensure strong partnerships with HEOR COE functions for a unified HEOR voice in meetings.
Engage senior leaders in cross-functional settings.
May have two or more full-time direct reports.
