Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in the US seeks a HEVA (HEOR) Business Partner to lead asset-level HEOR strategies for AYVAKIT and pipeline assets from Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ. The role integrates evidence generation with payer access to support global value demonstration.

You will design HEOR studies, model economic outcomes, and align with US HEVA teams to reflect payer needs. Requires advanced degree and 5+ years HEOR experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD).
• 5 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
• Global product launch experience; understanding of payer evidence requirements.
• Experience translating value propositions into evidence hypotheses and plans.
• Proficiency in evidence-based medicine, clinical research methodology, economic modeling, COAs.
• Knowledge of global HTA processes; HTA submissions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of asset-level HEOR strategies within global HEVA framework for AYVAKIT in Systemic Mastocytosis and pipeline assets.
• Design and execute HEOR research including economic modeling, database analysis, observational research, COA development, literature review, and evidence synthesis.
• Operate within a multi-functional global brand and development team to design clinical research programs meeting regulator and payer evidentiary standards.
• Develop collaborative research relationships with payers and decision-makers to inform value demonstration strategies.
• Contribute to scientific publications and presentations; mentor junior colleagues on HEOR topics.
