Job summary

Precision AQ HEOR is hiring a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, with a focus on Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) submissions, literature reviews, analyses, and economic models.

You will lead planning, resourcing, timelines, and risk management across projects, coordinating with scientific leads and cross-functional teams, while maintaining client-facing communications and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, preferably in HEOR/consulting.
• Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management across portfolios and programs.
• Plan, resource, timeline development, and progress tracking.
• Manage scope changes and change orders with clear impacts on timelines/resources/budgets.
• Coordinate internal workflows and cross-functional alignment.
• Support proposal development and study start-up activities.
• Escalate risks or resourcing issues to leadership and maintain client communication.
