Job summary

Precision AQ HEOR is hiring a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, with focus on Joint Clinical Assessment submissions, literature reviews, analyses, and economic models.

You will lead client-facing projects, plan timelines, manage risks, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure on-time delivery. This role partners with Directors and VPs and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities across evidence synthesis and decision modelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing role and managing project communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across projects and portfolios (JCA programs).
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports; monitor scope and budgets.
• Coordinate internal workflows across evidence synthesis, statistics, and modelling teams.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and actions to clients and leadership.
• Support proposal development and study start-up activities when needed.
