Job summary

Precision AQ HEOR, part of Precision Medicine Group, is seeking a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, with a focus on Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, literature reviews, analyses, and economic models.

You will work closely with senior scientific leaders and cross-functional contributors to ensure projects are well-planned, well-run, and delivered on time and to expectation, including client-facing governance and change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, or market access.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Client-facing project management communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across portfolios including JCA programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope changes and change orders.
• Coordinate internal workflows and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and decisions to clients and leadership.
• Support proposal development and study start-up activities.
