Job summary

Precision AQ HEOR seeks an experienced Project / Portfolio Manager to lead end-to-end project management across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling. You will coordinate with scientific leads and cross-functional contributors, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for individual projects and portfolios.

You will communicate status, risks, dependencies and actions on client projects, support change orders, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining organized

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in client-facing project management communications
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for multiple projects and portfolios
• Develop timelines, resourcing plans, and budgets; monitor progress and risks
• Coordinate internal workflows and external reviewers; manage change orders
• Prepare reports and maintain status communications with clients and leadership
• Support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization with senior leadership
