Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, HEOR Analytics to design and execute real‑world evidence analyses using large‑scale healthcare data including claims and EHR.

This hands‑on role combines advanced programming, study design, and analytic expertise to generate rigorous evidence for value demonstration and payer engagement. The individual will lead study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports in partnership with HEOR Lead & Medical Strategy colleagues,

Qualifications

• Duties require advanced statistical programming and data analysis.
• Experience with real‑world data (claims, EHR/EMR, registries).
• Strong coding skills in SAS, R, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytical strategies for HEOR and market access.
• Design methodologies including survival analysis and causal inference.
• Implement programming and analysis using SAS, R, Python, and SQL.
• Develop analysis-ready datasets and analytics workflows.
• Mentor teams and oversee CROs/vendors performing HEOR/RWE analyses.
