The role supports diagnostic testing and coordinates day-to-day operations to ensure timely workflows in collaboration with hematopathologists, lab staff, and clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory medicine and hematology with expertise in testing methodologies and diagnostic integration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; PhD preferred.
• Laboratory Operations: 3 years minimum.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• No specific certification or professional license required

Responsibilities

• Templating and coordinating bone marrow cases.
• Reviewing flow cytometry results.
• Coordinating ancillary and reference laboratory testing.
• Serving as subject matter expert for complex technical/workflow troubleshooting.
• Designing and managing data for research projects
