Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Operations Support Manager within the Department of Pathology & Immunology.

This role leads the Clinical Support Office and oversees patient-provider communications, referrals to the Genomics Laboratory, and pre-analytic workflows to ensure accuracy and timely results. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant leadership experience, with strengths in process improvement, staff development, and cross-functional
