Washington University in St. Louis seeks an Operations Support Manager to lead the Clinical Support Office within the Department of Pathology & Immunology. You will oversee pre-analytic workflows and ensure exceptional service, accuracy and accountability across patients, providers, and laboratories.

You will guide Customer Service Representatives and Clinical Support Specialists, drive process improvements, and partner with lab and department leaders to align operations with strategic goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and customer service skills.

• Oversees strategies and execution of operations, programs, and events.
• Develops standards and training of assigned staff.
• Manages and provides direction and oversight to assigned staff.
• Forecasts staffing needs and establishes staff schedule.
