GSK seeks a field-based Territory Manager to cover Littleton, CO and surrounding areas, building strong partnerships with oncology care teams and creating territory plans to improve patient access.

You will collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations to drive measurable results and align with our Ahead Together strategy. This role demands 3+ years in pharma oncology, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years pharma/oncology sales experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive within territory; relocation not provided.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% depending on territory needs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts in your territory.
• Create and execute territory business plans aligned with broader commercial goals.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Use customer insights to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated field programs.
