Penn Medicine’s Hematology-Oncology Division seeks an Associate Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations and collaborate with Practice Leadership. You will help ensure patient safety, staffing, and efficient workflows across practice locations.

You will support hiring, onboarding, competency assessments, and performance reviews while maintaining compliance with JACHO, CMS, and DOH standards and advancing EHR optimization initiatives.

Competenze

• Master of Science is required for the role.
• CRNP: Master’s Degree or DNP in Nursing is required and >2.5 years of experience.
• PA-C: Master’s Degree and >2.5 years of experience, with national certification.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day clinical practices in collaboration with Practice Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with JACHO, CMS and DOH requirements across all practice locations.
• Communicate new processes and assist with coverage plans and EHR optimization.
• Support hiring, onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff and performance appraisals.

Formazione

Master of Science (Required)
