Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Helper to join our Industrial and Commercial divisions.

This full-time, field-based role offers an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands-on training and growth opportunities. You will support licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, carry tools, cut wire, pull cable, and help prepare and break down job sites while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints or technical documents.
• Physical stamina to lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders.
• Willingness to learn electrical trade and pursue apprenticeship.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.

Position Summary

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

What This Role Will Do
