Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Helper to join our Industrial and Commercial divisions. This is a full-time, field-based entry point with hands-on training and growth opportunities in the electrical trade.

Schedule is Monday–Friday as a full-time field position; the role offers entry-level exposure to wiring, jobsite prep, safety protocols, and ongoing apprenticeship potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical documents.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical stamina to lift, climb, and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Carrying tools and materials.
• Cutting wire and pulling cable through conduit.
• Cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Assisting with jobsite preparation and breakdown.

Position Summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Helper to join one of our Industrial and Commercial divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands‑on training and growth opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Position

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders
