Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivatedHelper to join one of our Industrial and Commercial divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands‑on training and growth opportunities.
Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

The Electrical Helper supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Responsibilities include:
Carrying tools and materials
Cutting wire and pulling cable through conduit
Cleaning and organizing work areas
Assisting with jobsite preparation and breakdown
Following all safety procedures and company protocols
This role serves as an entry‑level opportunity for individuals seeking hands‑on experience and long‑term growth within the electrical trade.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints or technical documents
Physical stamina to lift, climb, and work in various conditions
A strong desire to learn the electrical trade and pursue an apprenticeship
A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test
Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders
