Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Helper to join one of our Industrial and Commercial divisions. This full-time, field-based role offers hands‑on training and growth opportunities in the electrical trade.

Schedule: Monday–Friday. Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Position. You will carry tools, cut wire, pull cable through conduit, and help with jobsite prep and breakdown while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints or technical documents.
• Physical stamina to lift, climb, and work in various conditions.
• Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and pursue an apprenticeship.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders.

Position Summary

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.
