This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands‑on training and growth opportunities. Schedule: Monday–Friday Employment Type: Full‑Time, Field Position The Electrical Helper supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical documents.
• Basic math skills and willingness to learn the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Carrying tools and materials.
• Cutting wire and pulling cable through conduit.
• Cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Assisting with jobsite preparation and breakdown.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

What This Role Will Do

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

High School Diploma or equivalent

A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test

Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders
