Position Summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivatedHelper to join one of our Industrial and Commercial divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Position

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

What This Role Will Do

The Electrical Helper supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Responsibilities include:

Carrying tools and materials

Assisting with jobsite preparation and breakdown

Following all safety procedures and company protocols

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

High School Diploma or equivalent
