Job Title: Helper

Classification: Full Time – Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Assists with daily tasks and operation needs with warehouse, field, and service techs.

Reports to

Warehouse Manager

Essential Functions

• Maintains building grounds
• Makes deliveries and pick-ups as necessary
• Assists with material receiving, loading, unloading, stocking, staging, etc
• Counts and assists with yearly inventory
• Picks up trash and debris from building
• Building snow removal
• On-call 24/7 when scheduled
• Assists tradesmen with job clean-ups, material handling, digging, lifting, and various other tasks

Education

Highschool diploma or currently enrolled

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to work in outdoor environment and all types of weather conditions

Work Environment

This job operates in commercial and homeowner environments. The role routinely includes driving to multiple worksites each day and working in unfamiliar environments.

Physical Demands

While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively, use eye/hand coordination, use motor skills, and lift 50 pounds without assistance. The employee must be able to carry and use ladders and all necessary material for specific jobs. Routinely operates a scissor lift and works in confined spaces. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
