The Warehouse Helper is a hands-on support role that keeps job sites safe, clean, and running efficiently. You’ll assist across departments with tasks like loading materials, organizing inventory, helping with cleanouts, and other physical work as needed. This is a great role for someone dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in the trades.

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems
• Assist with ductwork installation, materials handling, and job site setup/cleanup
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool usage
• Support retrofit installation projects
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Develop the knowledge and experience needed to grow

Compensation and Hours

Pay range: $20-$22/hour

Hours: Full-time, set schedule, weekend availability needed
