Job summary

Insight Global in Houston, TX is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join the Infrastructure team. The role supports the entire organization of about 500 employees from executives to staff across corporate and operations sites, with on-site service at the headquarters and field locations.

Daily duties include troubleshooting and providing technical support for hardware and software, such as O365, InTune, Azure, printers, networks, and more, primarily serving users in person in the office.

Qualifications

• Imaging laptops for deployment
• Swap Windows 10 devices with Windows 11 laptops
• Verify device functionality and user readiness
• Track equipment and maintain deployment records
• Provide basic end-user IT support during device exchanges

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software including O365, InTune, Azure, printers, and networks
• Provide on-site support and user assistance in the office environment
• Support both corporate HQ and operation sites as part of Infrastructure team
