Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support or field services experience in IT operations.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting hardware.
• Proficiency with Windows OS; basic Linux CLI knowledge.
• Strong networking, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, image, configure, and deploy hardware and devices.
• Troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, connectivity, and network issues.
• Perform rack-and-stack, fiber cabling, and structured cabling work.
• Handle Layer 1/Layer 2 troubleshooting and device-level fault isolation.
• Work tickets, perform routine maintenance, and support change management.
