FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure. Once part of the team, you will handle a variety of tasks within the IT Department in an office environment and have opportunities to develop your career in Smart Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolve end-user technical issues and support requests
2. Install and configure approved software applications
3. Manage and support MDM systems and Active Directory
4. Image and deploy laptops and desktops
5. Maintain IT inventory and documentation
6. Support conference room equipment and printers
7. Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues
8. Provide scheduled rotating shift coverage (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree in IT or related field OR 2+ years of helpdesk support experience
2. Experience with Active Directory, MDM systems, and networking protocols preferred
3. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds and stand/sit for 8+ hours
