Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Tallmadge, OH, is seeking an entry-level Production Team member to build foundational expertise in assembly, packaging, and basic warehouse processes. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with daytime hours.

You will perform basic assembly, packaging, cutting, crimping, testing, and packing of cable assemblies, with order picking and putaway duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, and we emphasize safety, teamwork, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

Experience with basic assembly and packaging is preferred.
Attention to detail and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain 100% accuracy and production standards.
Perform basic assembly, packaging, cutting, crimping, testing, and packing of cable assemblies.

Summary

DXE Manufacturing Level 1 is an entry level position for the DX Engineering Production Team. This position will build foundational expertise in the skills of assembly, packaging, and basic warehouse processes.

Shift Hours

Monday – Friday (7:00a to 3:30p)

Duties & Responsibilities

Production Performance: Maintain consistent 100% accuracy and production standards.
Technical Work: Basic Assembly, Packaging, Cutting, Crimping, Testing and Packing Cable Assemblies, Order picking, Putaway, and Processing Outbound.
Behavioral Principles: Model company values and behavioral standards, contributing to a positive and safe work environment.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
