The position requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and at least two years of related experience. Location is Springfield, VA, with a salary range reflecting federal contracting norms and benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Minimum two years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for families, veterans, and the public.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, fax, and other channels in a professional manner.
• Document interactions and maintain case records in the system.
• Escalate inquiries to government officials or subject matter experts when required.
• Ensure privacy and sensitive information handling.
