Able Forces is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing career-oriented employment to Wounded Warriors and Disabled Veterans. We seek an Enterprise Service Desk Level 1 support in Ft. Worth, TX to assist DoD and federal contractors.

You will perform Tier 1 analysis, open/close tickets, and support non-local Service Desks, while pursuing 8570 CE certifications. Competitive hourly compensation and full benefits are provided for a long-term contract.

Formación

• Must be a Veteran.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Contract lasts ~5 years with opportunities to complete certifications over time.
• DoD 8570 Baseline Compliance Level II: CE certifications required (one at least).
• Note: review of all certifications is welcome if at least one baseline is held.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk and existing non-local Service Desks.
• Conduct Tier 1 analysis for Service Desk escalation.
• Open and close tickets.
• Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology Services.
