Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our client's technical support team in Columbus, Ohio. The role targets candidates with 1–2 years in a call center or helpdesk, experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and ticketing systems, and strong customer service skills.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable on-site daily in a financial environment, eager to gain professional IT experience, and contribute to resolving issues over the phone and via ticketing

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues onsite daily and via phone/ticketing channels.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
