Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our client’s technical support team in a financial environment. This entry-level to junior role requires 1–2 years in a helpdesk or call center, experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
