Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in IT service, systems admin, and network admin.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows endpoints in domain/workgroup.
• Customer service oriented skillset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to auto-generated ticket alerts (critical and non-critical).
• Monitor and manage tickets in the system per SLA.
• Perform proactive maintenance on switches/firewalls/servers/workstations.
• Remote support for switches, routers, firewalls, servers, and storage.
• Document procedures and update technical information.
