The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience supporting Windows computers and software, and strong written and verbal communication skills for on-site collaboration.

The role requires a full-time schedule on-site at the Frederick, MD headquarters, with a friendly, customer-focused approach and a commitment to helping users resolve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
• Experience with managing computer software and computer hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
