Qualifications

• AA degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience directly related to Information Systems/Help Desk.
• Experience with basic computer hardware and software installation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous help-desk support to users by phone or ticket.
• Assist IS analysts with applications, operations, and software management.
• Install, inventory and document software and hardware assets.
• Improve IT system utilization through guided troubleshooting and guidance.
• Follow written and oral procedures and communicate clearly with customers.
