Job summary

U.S. Physical Therapy seeks a dynamic Help Desk Technician to join our outpatient healthcare organization. This role is based at our corporate office in the Briarforest area of Houston, providing first-level IT support to end users and maintaining equipment.

You will install, troubleshoot, and document requests, with a goal of completing at least 16 work orders daily. Our benefits package includes health/dental, 401(k), generous PTO, and EAP, supporting a family-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures typical within the information systems industry.
• Working knowledge of troubleshooting application installations and building computers.
• Experience working with remote employees over the phone is a plus.
• Troubleshoot basic networking, software and hardware issues.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 Professional.
• MacBook and iPad troubleshooting is a plus.
• Microsoft Office 365 desktop and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, including password resets, printer maintenance, and basic hardware/software repair.
• Install and troubleshoot applications and computer equipment.
• Respond to calls and emails for technical support efficiently.
• Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the Service Desk Lead when needed.
• Ship and receive equipment to and from employees and partners.
• Image and deploy computers to the field and Houston location.
