Job summary

The Systems Analyst position at Meriplex supports the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) by handling Level 1 end-user issues within the TAC ticketing system. You will deliver courteous service and follow SOPs to resolve requests, from desktop diagnostics to customer-specific application support.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and incident handling.
• Experience using ticketing systems to track requests.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to end-users clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general workstation support.
• Provide customer-specific application support.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and devices/users.
• Administer incident response system reboots.
• Perform basic OS support.
• Assist with basic VPN connectivity issues and password resets.
