We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist II to provide technical support for a wide range of IT issues with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 environments. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving tickets related to Windows OS, networking, printers, and connectivity, as well as managing user onboarding, supporting Microsoft cloud platforms, Azure VMs, Azure networking, and maintaining system efficiency.
